We’ll gather basic details about your loved one, the circumstances, and your immediate needs. Our goal is to provide guidance, answer questions, and help you understand your options clearly—usually within the same day.

Consultation & Planning
Our consultations are personal and can take place in our office, at your home, or virtually—whichever is most comfortable for you. During this session, we review all options, from simple cremation to celebrations of life and beyond. Planning usually takes 45–90 minutes, and it’s helpful if you bring any personal wishes, documents, or ideas you already have. We walk you through every choice and ensure you feel informed and supported.

Service Delivery & Support
We manage every detail from start to finish, including transportation, paperwork, coordination with cemeteries, officiants, and any technical needs for services. Our Executor Assist Program supports families after the service, helping with forms, registrations, and legal guidance. Payments are typically handled after services are finalized, making the process as stress-free as possible.
