Dorothy passed away peacefully with her family by her side. She was battling rapidly developing dementia with Lewy Bodies and a kidney infection. Dorothy will be deeply missed by all. Dorothy was a resident of Fort Saskatchewan.
Her husband, Adam, and son, Barry, predeceased her. She leaves behind her daughters, Nancy (Dave) and Wendy.
Her grandchildren include Joshua, Kristian, Gabrielle, Amber, Jade, Amythyst, Alexandrite, and Alicia. She also has eleven great-grandchildren.
Her brother, Richard Reinitz, and brother-in-law Emil Pikula (Dianne) are also survivors.
A Celebration of Life Will be held Saturday, November 7, 2026 At 11:00 a.m.
Bethany Lutheran Church, 20577 Twnshp Rd 550, Strathcona County.
Donations can be made to the Dementia Society or Alzheimer Society.
